Question: Can I schedule a tour?

Answer: You can call us at 502-456-0811 or contact us here.

Question: Do you have visiting hours?

Answer: We respectfully ask that you be aware of our residents bed time and call ahead so we can prepare them for your visit.


Question: Can I celebrate the holiday with my family member?

Answer: YES! We highly encourage it! You may take them home with you for the holidays, or spend the holidays here with us. We offer a home-like setting, with room for you to host a large family gathering. Our home offers an  outdoor pool and hot tub for a summer event that the grandkids will love. Please call for details at least 1 week in advance to reserve our Florida Room for your family event. 


Question: Do you accept Medicaid?

Answer: We are private pay. However, we are approved by the Veterans Aid and Assistance Program and accept most long term care insurance.

Question: Will you care for my family member for the rest of their lives?

Answer: Yes. We are capable of caring for your loved one until death, with the assistance of a home health agency or Hosparus of your choosing.

Question: What is "Day-Party"?

Answer: Day-Party is our own unique model of Adult Day Care in a home-like setting. Day-Party is a fun daytime opportunity for your family member to stay with us in our safe, secured environment, giving the primary caregiver the freedom to work, shop, rest, etc. For more information, click here.

Question: What do you charge?

Answer: Industry competitive rates, available upon request.


Question: What if my family member requires medical care?

Answer: Our home is their home. We bring in home health and Hosparus, as needed, just like you would if they were living with you. We work with trusted care companies (of your choice) to outsource the things we (as a non-medical facility) do not provide.
